WHO WE ARE
SCHS is a cooperative housing society developed by the SCHS entity while implementing the best construction standards since 1989. It is located at E11/2-3 Islamabad and Capital Enclave opposite to PWD main highway Islamabad.
Our mission
SCHS is a Services cooperative housing society that operates under the Cooperative Societies Act of 1925. Our goal is to promote real estate investment and develop high-quality housing projects while adhering to a “no profit-no-loss” philosophy. The rights and interests of our members are our top priority, and we provide a platform for buyers and sellers to conduct business openly and establish a good reputation. We strive to create projects that are in line with the latest trends and highest standards of town planning, engineering, architecture and construction by utilizing the expertise of engineers, municipal planners, and other project experts who have received extensive training and have specialized knowledge.

Our aim is to protect and safeguard the legitimate interests of our members.It provides a forum to the buyers and sellers for transparent transactions and to earn a credible repute.
Our Objectives
THE PRINCIPAL OBJECTIVE OF THE SOCIETY IS TO PROMOTE AND SAFE GUARD THE SOCIO-ECONOMIC INTERESTS OF ITS MEMBERS WITH SPECIAL EMPHASIS ON:-
To acquire property, such as land, houses, and buildings, for the purpose of fulfilling the objectives of the Society.
To obtain cooperative services, including land, homes, and structures, in order to achieve the goals of the organization.
To construct buildings for commercial use and for public welfare.
To establish guidelines for the proper utilization and upkeep of all structures, roads, and other amenities within the colony's boundaries.
To accomplish tasks that will aid in achieving the goals of the Society, whether individually or collectively.
To implement strategies that promote collaboration and camaraderie among members.
